Toffer Winslow

Toffer Winslow is CEO of Diffblue, an AI software engineering company pioneering autonomous AI agents for enterprise software development. Diffblue is focused on helping engineering organizations deploy AI reliably across complex software modernization, testing, and development initiatives.

With more than 30 years of experience scaling enterprise software businesses, Toffer has held leadership roles spanning CEO, CRO, CMO, and GM positions across high-growth technology companies including StackState, Dynatrace, RSA Security, Tamr, and Lavastorm Analytics.

Prior to joining Diffblue, Toffer served as CEO of StackState, where he led the company through significant growth and its acquisition by SUSE. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Dynatrace, helping build the company’s global growth engine during a period of rapid expansion. He also held executive leadership roles at Tamr and RSA Security, with deep expertise across enterprise AI, observability, cybersecurity, analytics, and developer tooling.

Toffer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Honours) from University of British Columbia.
